MUST BE AVAILABLE for both rehearsal and show.

Models will be chosen by A) first sign up as well as B) size availability within the stores chosen.

DO NOT post contact information. You will be responsible for checking the student’s center for store assignments.

Summer and Melissa will both be leaving for IMTA New York Convention Thursday July 16; therefore, all details for this fashion will be settled before then. Get on the ball!

Attention Acting Students!!! ADVANCED ACTING CLASS NEXT WEEK.

Advanced Acting June 29-July 2 Monday-Thursday 5:30-9:30

Hey guys...those of you registered for advanced acting need to arrive at 5:30 on Monday, June 29. Please bring your notebook and all your scripts from last class as well as any monologues you have.

If you have not yet registered, bring your forms with you and checks for payment plan and call Summer to let her know you are coming. If all paperwork is not complete you will need to be there by 5:00.

Attention All Current Students!

What a joy and a privilege to meet and work with such an incredible group of young people. My campers ...you were amazing!! Thanks to all the mothers for your encouragement and support throughout the Model Image I Camp. I loved having you there. My ten weekers...I am so attached to you kids I hate for it to be over. I thank God for the honor of being your teacher. I have great confidence in all of you. Especially that beyond talented group of kids in the Tuesday night acting class. God will do great things with you. Please post below and let me know you saw this. I know that the weather does not look good at the moment but as of right  now class is still on tonight. Tomorrow's schedule is as follows:

10:00 - 12:00 On Camera Workshop w/ Ben Moody Photography

12:00 - 1:00 Lunch ( Everyone plan to leave for lunch so that I may prepare for your 1:00 class and so that you can get a break from the class room).

1:00 - 2:30 Agency (Parents MUST attend)

Remainder of class covering the remainder of the curriculum. 

Class is scheduled until 6:00; however, we may finish a little early so please have rides on stand by any where between 5:00 and 6:00.

Fashion Show For Dillards McCain!!!!

Dillard's at McCain Mall will be hosting a Fashion Show/Model Search THIS Saturday May 30th, 2009. They have asked for older teens and adults to model their latest swimsuit styles! There will be no childred sizes available this show! The Model Search is for Dillard's as well, if you are interested then they will snap polaroids of you and send them to corporate! The winner will be featured in Dillard's Catalouge next season.

Dillard's has offered 15% off the swimsuit you model, if you would like to purchase it. If selected for the show, you will need to go to Dillard's at McCain Mall for a fitting NO LATER than Friday 29th. The show will start this Saturday at 2:30 and models will need to be there at 1:30 for line up!

AGENCY CLASS is a required class for anyone who wishes to be represented by EXCEL in the future. All students under 21 must be accompanied by a parent. If you are married then it is highly suggested that your spouse attend this class with you. The agency portion will be from 5:30-7:30. We will break from 8:00- 8:30 and have the Video Critique/ Mock Audition will be from 8:30- 9:30.

JANIE ROCKING PARIS!!!

Our own Janie Van Horn has been preparing herself mentally, physically, and spiritually for the past few months for her trip to the European Model Showcase in Paris this month. Here she will get the chance to be seen by some of the worlds top modeling agencies!

We are all rooting for you Janie! Watching you develop as a breath taking model has been such a blessing to us here at Excel!

Success occurs when preparation and opportunity meet! Janie your success is well on the way!

WAY TO GO BLAKE!!!!!!

WOW! Blakes acting career has really been shooting through the roof here lately! Check this out...Blake has just landed the LEAD role in a new show that will begin filming in Atlanta, GA! Unfortunatly we don't know awhole lot about the show just yet, but once details start coming through we'll let you know!
