Great Class Tonight!!! You all did a terrific job on runway and we just started!!! Thanks for being such awesome listeners... I promise next week is mostly runway so wear good runway shoes and come ready to have fun!!

my commemts about the vision are, that i feel it is a very postive and possible vision. it is very true about the perpetuation of love and spirit comes from within us and that can only happen when we start by touching others hearts. The position that i am taking assigned by God can only be one of greatness and i hope to influence the hearts and young ones around me. love heather.

Dear Mrs. Melissa,
The EXCEL vision made a really good point. At my school we always talk about how the media is changing everything around and giving us the wrong idea of what we should be like. Like you said God doesn't want us to be like that, that's not why he died on the cross for us. When I see some things on t.v it stays in my mind even after I change the channel or go to sleep, you can't get away from those things. That is why i'm so glad when you write Bible verses on the board because the rest of that week that's all I think about and I see how it relates to my everyday life. Also, I love the class it's so much fun! I liked how you told us to go outside and go up to however many people we didn't know. I didn't think I could accually have a conversation with someone by myself since i'm normaly the one in the group who just kind of stands there! So I wanted to thank you for that!

The class was great! Thanks for the extra help.I really thank you for having God in all of our discussions. I hope that we get to know each other better as the time goes by. I'm realy blessed that God sent you in my life and I do belive that God has a purpose in my life. Sometimes it's hard to go to school because of the people there, but as long as I think about what you've said it's inspired me to put my best foot forward and just go for it. Class is great! I have enjoyed coming and seeing everyone. It's like the more things i learn the more Excel have changed my life so for.
The first day I walked in shy and all to myself but since the last 2 classes I'm more open to people I have never thought I would or chould become friends with.Excel have already changed my life just in 2 weeks thats how i know it would do many more changing!

Hey, Mrs. Melissa, I have really enjoyed the class and i believe there is a great group of positive people in the class as well. The "Vision" I believe is very powerful. There is so much negative images in the media today that can totally mess with someones self image and confidence. That is why i think that Excel is a wonderful place for people to grow not only with their talents but also in their faith. I am so excited to see what God has in store for me. I love the vision. I found it very inspirational. Just knowing that we aredoing something for Christ and get to spread the word is awesome enough, but while helping others find Him too is totally wonderful. Knowing someone is ALWAYS there to have your back is great a feeling! I've only been to class twice but I ABSOLUTELY find that its the place for me! Learing about Christ and making new friends is soo cool! I love ExCEL and what its about!!
I love the class and am so excited for tonight! I think that it is more important to be beautiful on the inside. I think Excel will always be successful because you are a Christian. I liked last weeks class because I feel more confident when I talk to people and it was fun! Thanks for all you are doing for me.

I am so grateful to be apart of this class. Everyone I've talked with so far are super nice and fun to learn with! I look forward to the remaining classes and getting to know everyone better! When I read Our Vision I felt many things but mostly inspiration. The words are very powerful and true. I believe that God has a plan for each of us. He knows our hearts and calls upon us to use our unique, individual characteristics we were blessed with. It is entirely up to the individual to recognize and answer the call (even when there is a lack of understanding-Don't question)... Trust in God. For God is unchanged through it all--be it all good, bad or indifferent.
I strongly believe the modeling, music, and talent industry will continue to exploit and abuse it's influence over all nations- I pray that it doesn't get worse. I think the core of it is people are forgeting about the "small" things in life and what really matters, finding our true purpose for our time here... We are in despirate need of positive, strong role models that can reach industry leaders-that in turn can reach others-that can reach others-and others- before it is too late.
