Hey guys recently I have had an appointment with my psychiatrist, and she asked how my week was.... and we talked about it.... And she asked me if I was disappointed at all that I have only gotten one call-back... I said “no”, then she said, "well that must be a little disappointing isn't it...." and I said “no it really wasn't...” Matter of fact if every agent turned me down, if I did horribly on every competition, *some of which I did* I would have still had the time of my life.... I believe that even if you aren't a model or actor, one should go on an IMTA trip... I've talked to and befriended people that at first I thought I hated.... **I won't mention names** Who've I had more fun with, then my best friends I’ve know forever... For me the whole week is like a big “15 minutes of fame” type thing... Because even if your not a star.... even if your not feeling well.... you can throw every thing away... and walk through beautiful New York and feel like a million bucks.....
More then any signing or prize could accomplish, the experience and knowledge I’ve got, (not only from the seminars, but just by observing the trade, and watching how things are done,) will be engraved into my memory forever...
Im such a change man, this will forever be a turning point in my life.

I thank every one, including Mrs. Moody and all of the teachers at excel who have contributed to my growth... And I thank myself... I never really stuck to anything before....

Even though the response that I get at IMTA wasn't large, I will still pursue acting.
Since the first interview with Mrs. Moody when she was putting together a team..... I written on the form, that im not going, in order to win awards or become instantly employed.... And when i wasn't and nothing job wise came out of IMTA I was not sad.... because IMTA is not where it starts for me...

I cannot thank you all enough for the prayers and support... I love you.


Ps:(I got a “general call back”, to talk to any willing agent located in the forum.... Of the two open agents, I was not able to talk to either one unfortunately the lines where to long and I ran out of time.... but the rush and work of the experience was enough for me the be happy.
The rewards I carry home with me are handfuls of new friendships and new life memories...)

At first I just had 6 callbacks and that was ok even then b/c i had been called back to New York School for Film and Television...anyways! But once I got in there I had agents pulling me out of other agents line or if id stop to drop off a pic and headshot, theyd look at me and say "I would like to interveiw you" So in the end I interveiwed with 3 modeling agents (which is crazy b/c i didnt do ANY modeling the guy that called me back said he liked my look but esp my smile and had seen me in my singing comp!!! so you NEVER know where a smile can take you! )they were Emerald Agency, 411 models & Red Model Mgnt. For talent i ended up finding my with alot more try 11. Emerald Talent..CR KIDS>Whick actually Ill be working with her son Energy Media...He wants to work with me in everything print, acting, and mostly singing, He's called since i got home! Another call Ive got since I got home was New York School for film and telelvision I GOT ACCEPTED! Other agents were Bob Luke, Young Talent Mgt, Fresh Faces, Acme talent and literary (the line puller), Emerald Talent agency, John Fogel, Clair Sinett (i gave a pic they told me to stay) OK I NEED TO STOP WRITTING its almost as long as JEREMY's . While in IMTA i got a medal for Cold Read. That's cool. I talked to alot of great ppl some are mentioned above! But I couldnt have done it alone i'd like to take this moment and thank.....MY VENDORS!!!! lol Thank you Mrs Melissa, and all the staff, this is unforgettable!!! LOVE YAHey Danielle!

hey this is eric I luv new york and i want to go back. I got 24 callbacks-9 in acting and 15 in modeling. A few of the agencies I met with were Why Not and Major Model Mgt. of Italy; Eon Model Mgt., NY & LA Model Mgt., and Stanley Kaplan Models of New York; Arts and Letters Mgt. and Dino May Mgt. of Los Angeles. I got one general callback and I won Honorable Mention for my commerical print pics and 1st PLACE in COLD READ!!!!! I was so thrilled and in awe of it all. I did just what Melissa said and when they said I won I looked out over the audience and saw how many people were there and it was just a life changing experience. This trip made me see that I can do anything! I can never thank you enough Mrs. Melissa for making such an awesome impact on my life.

Hi Mrs. Melissa, my sister and I have been scheduled to have a photo shoot on the 1st of next month and we were wondering, since we have never done a photo shoot, what is it that we should choose for our outfits or does that even matter? We have a few outfits in mind but we just wanted to make sure before we got there. Hailey is four years old so her writing this would be amazing. Hailey got 17 call backs at IMTA and we are now in LA. Our family will be moving out here at the earliest Oct. 1 and the latest Nov. 1. We have had meetings and get togethers with most of the managers and agencies. Everyone of them went absolutely great. Equally as great is the fact that Hannah, Hailey's older sister actually tested with all of them as well. Most of the time at the interviewers insistence. All of them have said they will wait for us to actually make the move but they would be willing to represent both of them. WOO HOO!

Given that a four and seven year old were given less than a minute to memorize a small script they both have done fabulous! We could not be more proud of the training these two have received.
