Excel is bringing CSA entertainment power player, Patrick Baca to you again!

That's right Patrick will be holding his nationally acclaimed film, television, and commercial casting workshop at Excel Models and Talent July 15th, 2007.  His ONE day workshop will include new information on the casting process, what casting directors are looking for, first impressions, a video presentation, Q and A session, and one-on-one time exclusive to Excel's students! Some of Patrick’s casting credits include Halloween:  Resurrection with Jamie Lee Curtis and Busta Rhyme as well as pilots and features for Miramax, NBC, and Paramount.

He is known for scouting and launching young talent such as Dukes of Hazard's 2005 Sean William Scott, Be Cool's Christina Milian, Desperate Housewive's Cody Kasch, Soap Star Erin Hershey, and Brandon Routh who shot the title role in the next Superman movie for Warner Bros. 

In 1987, Patrick co-starred in the Acadamy Award nominated feature film, Stand and Deliver with Edward James Olmos, Andy Garcia and Lou Diamond Phillips. 

Patrick presently serves on the Board of Directors of the Casting Society or America, and is the author and editor of their website at www.castingsociety.com. 

This workshop is for ages 12-up, Parents and Guardians may attend for children under 12! The workshop will be held at Excel Models and Talent. This is a one day workshop. Class time is 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
