ATTENTION ALL MODELS AND ACTORS PARTICIPATING IN SCREENING

Please read the following carefully and complete every step in order to secure your spot in the upcoming Screening Party.

Thank you so much for everyone who auditioned. If you did not make the cut this year please understand that we only have a limited number of positions open. We would love to have you participate next year.

If you auditioned and were accepted please respect this opportunity be being at all mandatory meetings that may be called and rehearsal. Please respond quickly to the following.

Requirements for EVERYONE
You must have the following:
1) Complete Registration for Screening (pay $50 fee) by Friday (11/21) in order to be placed on roster.
2) The few of those not signed with our Agency must complete Agency signing by Dec 1st
3) ATTIRE: Black pants(can be denim-as long as nice), black shoes (heels, converse or boots) and black EXCEL PLAIN T! ~ If you do not already have one they are available at Excel for $10.
4) MUST Attend Rehearsal Saturday December 13th from 2-4:30 (NO EXCEPTIONS)
5) All portfolios and pictures for Commercial Print &/or Fashion (runway) and Actor’s Headshots/Resumes must be turned in by December 10th before 5:00pm. ALL MUST HAVE LABELS STUCK ON THE BACK!
6) CALL Ben immediately to Update Pics if necessary and order prints for portfolio. 501-228-4024 benrmoody@cs.com


MODELS: Commercial Print and Runway
1) Portfolio (Available at Excel)
2) 5-8 Enlargements (also known as portfolio pics) and 20 copies of Comp Cards
3) Any tear sheets you may have
4) Practice Runway
5) Those registered for Model Image 2 don’t forget it is December 4-6

ACTORS:
1) Recent Actor’s Headshots (20 copies with updated Resumes – NEATLY TRIMED and stapled to the back)
2) Filming Monologues / Commercials December 2nd-4th
